Founder & Director
Lydik is both French and English. He was born in France and has been living in London since 2002.
He is a HR professional and a senior manager with more than 25 years of experience in various sectors including Financial Services, Oil&Gas, Retail, Insurance & Tourism.
Lydik is an entrepreneur and is passionate about connecting people from multiple cultures and making HR work as an enhancer in business despite regulatory hurdles.
He has a French LLM in Employment Law and an Executive MBA from the Cass Business School of London.
Laurent is a French professional with more than 20 years of experience at Director level for numerous international groups like Bouygues, Colas, Plastic-Omnium & Electrolux. He is now a consultant specialised in strategy, management and business transformation (turnaround & M&A).
He is a true entrepreneur and always focuses at delivering solid solutions to problems in complex international environments.
He has two Masters in Management and Economic Diagnosis and is a lecturer in management in universities in Normandy, France.
